On Location

Post-Production Editorial and Finishing Services

Raw footage shot across Saudi Arabia's many settings holds huge look value. But that value rests fully on the edit suite and the colour room. Our post-prod team delivers tight edits and a final look. We do this for film, television, documentary, and digital work from Saudi shoots. Some footage is shot at dawn in AlUla. Some comes from the neon of Riyadh's commercial zones. Our workflow handles mixed colour, formats, and delivery needs without delay.

Riyadh editors and colourists on calibrated, reference-grade suites — every spec from MBC broadcast master to Netflix IMF, finished cleanly.

The work starts with Editing & Assembly. Our editors move from rough cut to final cut. They tend to pacing and story flow with care. For projects that need a set look, we run Color Correction and Color Grading. We lock tech specs first. Then we build the creative look that backs tone and genre. Multi-Cam Sync keeps broadcast and live cuts ordered and cut-ready. Interview & Dialogue editing gives corporate and documentary work the clarity TV networks and streaming sites need.

FAQs

Post-Production FAQs

Answers about timelines, deliverables, and how we handle your post-production needs.

What's included in post-production services?

The process runs from dailies all the way to final delivery. We edit offline in Avid or Premiere first. Then we move to online conform for VFX. DaVinci color sessions come next. Pro Tools handles sound editorial, with Foley and ADR when needed. We finish with a final mix on a calibrated stage. We handle every tech handoff, so you never juggle separate vendors. Deliverables come QC'd to spec. That could be a Netflix IMF, a Saudi Arabia Télévisions broadcast master, or encrypted DCPs for theatrical.

How long does post-production typically take?

It depends on the project. Commercials run 2-3 weeks from offline lock to final delivery. Documentaries take eight to twelve weeks. That span hinges on archive clearance and interview transcription. Projects with heavy visual effects need 16–24 weeks. Dialogue-driven work moves faster. We have done rush turnarounds when festival deadlines loom. But those cost more and burn people out. It is better to build real schedules from the start.

Do you handle international deliverables?

We handle them every day. Each streaming site has its own tech specs. Netflix needs IMF packages with set audio channel layouts. Amazon runs its own quality review. Apple TV+ needs Dolby Vision support. We stay current on all of them. For broadcast, we deliver to EBU R128 loudness standards. Saudi and European channels both require them. For Cinema DCPs, we test on theater servers before we ship.

Can you match existing looks or brand guidelines?

Our colorists work from LUTs, CDLs, and reference stills. They match seasons, keep brands steady, and copy a director's reference look. Our suites use calibrated monitors. They give true viewing conditions, so you sign off on a real theater look. For series work, we build show LUTs. They hold steady across episodes and seasons.

What formats can you work with?

We take all the current formats. That means ARRIRAW, RED R3D, Sony Venice X-OCN, Blackmagic RAW, and ProRes in all flavors. We also handle legacy formats when archive material enters the cut. That includes digibeta, HDCAM SR, and even film scans. Our Riyadh facilities keep modern gear and the older decks too.
