We make H.264 and HEVC encodes for Shahid VIP, StarzPlay Arabia, and OSN+ multi-bitrate ladders. We make AVC-Intra 100 in AS-11 MXF for MBC and Saudi Broadcasting Corporation transmission archive. Frame-rate conversion handles 23.976/24/25/29.97/50/59.94/60p. This spans PAL (25/50 standard in Saudi broadcast) and global NTSC/cinema deliverables. We use Topaz Video Enhance AI or Nuke OFlow for high-quality optical flow when interpolation is needed.
Saudi Arabia's delivery needs span the full pan-Arab ecosystem. MBC Group transmits mainly 1080i25 / 1080p50 PAL. It adds HDR HLG variants for 4K UHD channels. Shahid VIP asks for HEVC 4K Main 10 with HDR10 / Dolby Vision profile 8.1 metadata for premium originals. Netflix MENA enforces the global Originals Specification Library standard (IMF JPEG 2000 MPEG-2 4:2:2 10-bit visual + 7.1.4 Atmos audio). Apple TV+ Arabic needs Dolby Vision profile 5.
