SCENE 01 / WIRELESS SYSTEMS

Wireless Systems in Saudi Arabia

Complete wireless infrastructure for your Saudi production.

Scroll

Wireless comms and audio systems keep crews connected. Audio signals flow without cables. These systems cover wireless intercoms, IFB feeds, audio hops, and comms networks. They are key for large crews on big sets or far-flung locations.

We supply wireless packages built for your shoot's comms and audio needs. Our team plans the frequencies and tests the gear. This stops interference. Your crew talks clearly and your audio stays solid across the whole shoot.

Our Process

1

RF Survey

We scan your locations to map the RF setting and find clean frequencies.

2

System Design

We design one wireless system that covers audio, video, and control needs.

3

Frequency Coordination

We assign and log frequencies so every system runs without interference.

4

Production Support

We track RF and back you up across the whole shoot.

On Location

Integrated wireless audio, Teradek Bolt 6 video, and Preston FIZ lens-control infrastructure with CST frequency licensing for MBC Studios, NEOM, and AlUla sets.

We design Saudi wireless gear as one stack. Audio blocks use Lectrosonics SSM, Wisycom MTP60, and Sennheiser SK6212. Video runs on Teradek Bolt 6 LT and 4K transmitters with onboard SmallHD and TVLogic monitor pairs. Preston FIZ and ARRI WCU-4 handle wireless lens control. Lectrosonics IFB and Wisycom IFB feeds carry director comms. Clear-Com FreeSpeak II and Riedel Bolero packages from MBC Studios run the video village intercom. CST (Communications, Space and Technology Commission) licensing covers all of it in one bulk filing per production. Before camera roll, we run Lectrosonics SmartTune and Shure Wireless Workbench scans. These lock blocks clear of MBC's broadcast bleed in Riyadh, the NEOM XR Lab RF setting at Bajdah Studios, and the odd signal landscape inside AlUla's sandstone canyons. Filmquip Dubai, Picture Works Dubai, and Sigma Cine Dubai cover overflow via the 12-hour E11 highway corridor.

Kandahar at NEOM, Desert Warrior at AlUla, the Telfaz11 commercial pipeline, and MBC's flagship Riyadh shoots all run multi-axis wireless stacks. Audio, video, and lens control share one antenna feed and one RF plan. Our coordinators map Teradek Bolt antenna farms across the stage floors at MBC Studios Riyadh and the 9,000 m² NEOM Bajdah complex. We plan portable repeater fleets on Toyota Land Cruisers when shoots cross the Hisma Plateau or push into Tabuk province, where mobile coverage drops out. Heat is the key limit. Teradek nodes throttle past 45°C. Preston motors slow in haboob conditions. So we set AC-trailer RF coordinator stations for AlUla and Empty Quarter summer schedules. We also use the prayer-time pauses (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) as battery-swap windows for the whole wireless stack.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What wireless systems do you coordinate?

We set up all production wireless. This covers mics, IFB/IEM, wireless video, lens control, intercom, and any other RF gear. We plan it in full. Every system then works as a unit without interference.

How do you handle frequency allocation?

We scan your locations and find clean frequencies in the Saudi legal range. Then we hand channels to all teams. We share frequency records. We help each team set up their gear.

What about wireless video systems?

We supply Teradek Bolt, Vaxis Storm, and other wireless video for the video village. They send pictures with zero lag. Directors and clients then watch without cables.

Do you provide wireless lens control?

Yes. We supply wireless follow focus gear like Preston FIZ, ARRI WCU-4, and Tilta Nucleus. We tune the lens control frequencies to fit your other wireless systems.

What about Saudi RF regulations?

We know the Saudi frequency rules well. We keep all wireless gear inside the legal range. We can advise on sign-up needs for high-power systems.

Can you support large-scale productions?

Yes. We often run shoots with dozens of wireless channels across many teams. Big shoots gain the most from full RF planning.

Productions in Saudi Arabia that need this often pair it with Wireless Microphone Systems, Location Sound Packages, and Boom Microphones for full coverage. Most projects also draw on Communication Systems and Wireless Audio Systems.
