Audio Monitoring Equipment in Saudi Arabia

Professional audio monitoring solutions for your Saudi production.

Scroll

Audio tracking gear lets sound engineers and directors check takes in real time. They review the audio as you shoot. Good headphones, monitor speakers, and meters help spot issues fast. These include distortion, background noise, and uneven levels. You catch them before they turn into costly post-prod fixes.

We source pro audio monitor kit to fit your shoot. It works on a quiet studio set or a loud outdoor spot. Our team gives your sound department gear it can trust. The gear meets broadcast and cinema standards. You get an accurate check right on set.

On Location

Sennheiser IEMs, Sony MDR-7506 monitoring stacks, and CST-licensed frequency packages built for MBC Studios stages, NEOM Bajdah, and AlUla location sound.

We source Saudi audio-tracking packages from MBC Studios' Riyadh and Jeddah audio departments. These hold Sony MDR-7506 and Sennheiser HD 25 production headphone fleets. They also stock Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro for long shifts on mixer carts. Talent rigs use Sennheiser IEM 2000 and Shure PSM1000. Genelec 8030 near-field monitors handle video village playback. When MBC inventory is on a rival booking, we backfill rare items. We bring them in through Filmquip Dubai and Picture Works Dubai. They travel the 12-hour E11 highway corridor. Frequency planning runs through the CST (Communications, Space and Technology Commission). The CST issues each short-term IEM and wireless tracking licence. This covers shoots in Riyadh, Jeddah, AlUla, or NEOM. Our team files the CST forms while we run on-set Lectrosonics SmartTune scans. So the production sound mixer can lock clean blocks before the first camera roll. This holds even when the shoot crosses MBC Group's broadcast frequencies inside the Riyadh studio campus.

Saudi shoots lean on tight tracking chains. Think of Sattar, Scales, Born a King, the Apple TV+ AlUla pickup unit on Cherry, and the Manga Productions animation pipeline. They all need this care. AlUla's sandstone canyons and the Empty Quarter throw odd acoustic reflections. So crews must trust the on-set reference. Our coordinators stage talent IEM moulds for principal cast on multi-week schedules. We do this through Riyadh audiology partners. We route director and 1st AD tracking through Clear-Com FreeSpeak II or Riedel Bolero packages. We prep them at MBC Studios so video village stays in sync with set audio. Heat is the real limit. Most IEM bodypacks throttle past 45°C. So we ask for AC-trailer talent holding on AlUla and NEOM summer shoots. June to September highs hit 45-50°C. We build battery swaps into prayer-time pauses (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha). This keeps the tracking chain live all shoot day.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What headphones do you recommend for production?

For production sound mixing, we suggest closed-back headphones. The Sony MDR-7506 and Sennheiser HD 25 both isolate well and sound accurate. For long shoot days, the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro is the best pick. It sounds great and wears in comfort for hours.

Can you provide IEM systems for talent?

Yes. We give pro IEM systems from Sennheiser and Shure for talent tracking. We can supply custom ear molds for key cast. We also set up frequencies that stay clear of your wireless microphones.

What about video village monitoring?

We give full video village audio tracking. This covers director headsets, client tracking stations, and speaker systems. We set up each system for a clear audio reference. We tune them so there is no feedback.

How do you handle frequency coordination?

Our team sets up all wireless frequencies, IEMs included. We do this with your production sound department to stop interference. We scan each location first. Then we assign clean frequencies for every wireless system.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. We give tech support across your shoot. Our team helps with setup and fixes. We also hand you backup gear if any issue comes up.

Can you accommodate large crew monitoring?

Yes. We can scale tracking gear for shoots of any size. This runs from small units up to large crews. Big crews may need dozens of tracking points across many video villages.

Productions in Saudi Arabia that need this often pair it with Boom Microphones, Wireless Microphone Systems, and Wireless Systems for full coverage. Most projects also draw on Field Monitors and Lens Filters.
