The schedule works around prayer-time pauses five times daily (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha). It also fits Friday ~12:00-13:30. In Ramadan, the iftar-to-suhoor 9pm-2am window is peak (PAs work nights). October-April is the ideal window (15-30°C). June-September brings 45-50°C extreme heat (required hydration runs, AC trailer upkeep, shade tent setup). Compliance is broad. It covers Ministry of Human Resources work permits, GOSI payroll sign-ups, 15% VAT, and Saudization Nitaqat quotas (Saudi-national PAs drive 5% rebates uplift on Cultural Development Fund's 40% cash rebates). It also covers Tawuniya / Bupa Arabia medical insurance and Saudi Civil Defense permits for stunt / pyro days that need crowd-control PAs. Female on-camera talent on domestic broadcast must meet modest dress code rules (PAs set up fittings). Religious sites limit access (no non-Muslim crew within Mecca / Medina Haram). The workweek is Sunday-Thursday. There is no domestic Saudi PA union.
