SCENE 01 / PRODUCTION VEHICLES

Production Vehicles in Saudi Arabia

Complete vehicle fleet for your Saudi production.

Scroll

Production cars cover the trucks, vans, trailers, and support cars that keep a film crew running on location. Gear trucks, wardrobe trailers, cast motorhomes, and catering cars make up the mobile setup. Each one backs a department across the shoot.

We source and set up production car packages from local fleet providers. We match car types and counts to the size of your production. Our team handles permits, parking, and scheduling so your fleet runs smoothly at each location.

On Location

Toyota Land Cruiser fleets, Mercedes Sprinter crew vans, and Saudi-spec 4×4 packages routed through Almajdouie Logistics for Riyadh, AlUla, and Empty Quarter shoots.

We build Saudi production fleets around the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series and Hilux 4×4 backbone. That pairing rules each desert shoot. Wadjda's Riyadh exteriors, Kandahar's NEOM convoy work, Desert Warrior's AlUla scenes, and Cherry's Apple TV+ AlUla unit all leaned hard on Saudi-spec Land Cruisers. The high-elevation HVAC, sand-rated air intakes, and beefed-up suspension handle Empty Quarter dune work that wrecks softer SUVs. Crew transport runs Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (10-pax and 16-pax), Ford Transit, and Hyundai Staria mid-size packages. Nissan Patrol Y62 covers second-unit support. Mitsubishi L200 and Ford F-150 4×4 handle grip and camera-truck duties. Camera-cars mostly run Russian Arm rigs. We ship them cross-border from Filmquip Dubai via the 12-hour E11 highway corridor when AlUla and NEOM stunt scenes need top-tier mounting. Almajdouie Logistics handles Saudi customs-bonded car moves. GCC Land cross-border permits cover Dubai-to-Riyadh gear transit.

Saudi driving etiquette anchors each fleet plan. That means left-hand drive, right-side road use, and Najdi-dialect briefings. Most drivers are Saudi and Pakistani, and they handle MBC's transport pool. Our coordinators stage AC-trailer support across AlUla and Empty Quarter summer schedules. June-September highs of 45-50°C throttle car electronics and wear out tyre rubber fast. We also stage haboob-protection covers at production base for sudden sandstorm exposure. Royal commission shoots in NEOM and AlUla often need extra clearances. These come from the RCU (Royal Commission for AlUla) or the NEOM authority, on top of standard GACA permits, for any aerial-rigged camera car work. Saudization (Nitaqat) hiring for Saudi-national drivers earns shoots the 5% rebates uplift on the 40% Saudi Film Commission cash incentive.
