Here is how this works in practice. We produce food content built on Saudi Arabia's distinctive culinary anchors. The de facto national dish is kabsa — rice with spiced lamb or chicken. The Halal Products Development Company covers global halal-certified consumer goods. Almarai dairy shoots run in Al-Kharj.

Regional specialty work rounds out the slate. Subjects have Tabuk strawberries, Najran honey, Asir highland coffee, Hofuf dates in Al-Ahsa, and Red Sea seafood from Jeddah's fish souk.

Pre-production runs through Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) for any product-claim filming. GCAM approval covers consumer programming.

Here is the breakdown. Location work spans the kingdom. Sites have the Riyadh Souq Al-Thumairi spice market, the Jeddah Al-Balad heritage souk (UNESCO 2014), Hofuf's classic date orchards in Al-Ahsa (UNESCO 2018), and the Asir Mountain coffee terraces around Abha.

Schedules respect the local calendar. Shoots run Sunday through Thursday. The shoot days builds around the five daily prayer breaks — these time chef demos and tasting segments. We avoid Ramadan daytime filming fully. But we have run many Ramadan-night iftar and suhoor specials for MBC and Rotana. This dominate primetime viewing across the holy month.
