Multi-camera event setups in Saudi Arabia cover a packed calendar of mega-events. MDLBEAST Soundstorm runs each December at Banban. It is the largest Middle East EDM festival. We deploy 12-16 cameras across Mainstage + Big Beast + Sirius stages. We run Sony HDC-3500/3100 broadcast systems on jib, Spidercam, and RF-handheld positions. Riyadh Season is annual and draws 17M+ visitors. It spans Boulevard City + Boulevard World + Boulevard Riyadh + Riyadh Front. We set rotating multi-cam builds across the stages. The F1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix runs each March at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. It deploys 60+ FOM cameras, with Saudi Motorsport Company giving local crewing. The Saudi Cup horse race runs each February at King Abdulaziz Racetrack. It is the richest race worldwide at $20M. We run 18-22 cameras across track-side + infield + helicam. Diriyah Tennis Cup, LIV Golf Saudi, and Saudi Pro League fixtures (Al Hilal/Ronaldo, Al Nassr/Benzema-Mané, Al Ittihad/Karim Benzema) run here too. The FIFA Club World Cup works at Champions League broadcast tier.
Beyond live sports we cover the kingdom's gala and cultural-event tier. Red Sea International Film Festival opening galas run at Ritz-Carlton Jeddah and Al-Balad screening venues. We run 8-12 camera setups there with a red-carpet extra feed. Saudi Film Festival Dhahran is the oldest, held since 2008 at Ithra King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture. It and the AlUla Film Awards run prestige-event multi-cam. We also cover Joy Forum Riyadh, Vision 2030 announcement events, and corporate keynote work for Saudi Aramco, PIF, and STC. OB-trucks come from Saudi Broadcasting Corporation (Riyadh + Jeddah) and MBC Group. We also fly in global units via Emirates SkyCargo DXB→RUH with ATA carnet through Saudi Customs (ZATCA). How many cameras can you deploy?
We often run setups from 3 to 12+ cameras. The count fits the event scale. For big concerts at Boulevard City Riyadh or Banyan Tree AlUla events, we deploy large camera packages. These add special spots like jibs, roving cameras, and POV units.
Do you provide live switching and direction?
Yes. Our packages bring skilled vision mixers and directors. They switch between cameras live for a polished edit. We can deliver a switched program feed, ISO recordings, or both.
Can you live stream our event?
Yes. We give full live streaming services. This covers encoding, CDN delivery, and platform setup for YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or custom platforms. We can also give satellite uplink for broadcast.
What about IMAG for live audiences?
We give IMAG (Image Magnification) services for concerts and events. We feed live camera coverage to venue screens. Audiences then see close-ups of performers and speakers.
Do you have OB van facilities?
We work with pro OB (Outside Broadcast) vans. They carry switching desks, tracking, audio mixing, and all the kit you need. Saudi Arabia's growing event scene is fast adding more regional OB vans.
How far in advance should we book?
For major Saudi events, book 6-8 weeks ahead. Vision 2030 demand is high and GCAM permits take time. Smaller multi-camera shoots can often be set with 2-3 weeks notice.
